“Your Day Just Got Better” is a motto we take seriously here at Lauren James, and unfortunately this was not met during our recent Pink Friday sale event. I know there was a delay in shipping for many of your orders and that your patience is worn thin. For that, I apologize, both personally and on behalf of the entire Lauren James family.
I want you to know that the delays you experienced have not gone unnoticed. Delivering exceptional customer service is the backbone of our company, and we are working very hard to correct it.
Lauren James is a young, rapidly expanding company experiencing some growing pains. We were not prepared to handle the number of orders received during this year’s Pink Friday sale. While this was incredibly humbling for us, it did cause setbacks in our ability to process, ship orders and respond to you as quickly as we would have liked.
I assure you, we have made this issue our absolute top priority and put all-hands-on-deck to get your orders processed as efficiently and quickly as possible. We are currently upgrading our systems and improving our procedural processes to prevent future delays, out of stock issues and backlogs in communication.
