We have created a basic workout that works for all major muscle groups while requiring no equipment- which means you can do this workout at home or a gym. Make sure to set your own pace and listen to your body!




First things first! Before you begin or end any workout it is important for you to stretch. This will loosen up your muscles and reduce the amount of next-day soreness!
5 Minutes of Cardio
10 Tricep Dips
5 Push Ups
20 Crunches
15 Squats
10 Lunges
Repeat this circuit three times!
